We are happy to announce the exciting news that xLife has rebranded and will now be known as Life Insurance Direct Australia! Our new name comes with a brand new logo and an amazing new website, lifeinsurancedirect.com.au.
After 8 fantastic years as xLife, founder and CEO Russell Cain feels the time is now right for the change.
“The new name comes after extensive customer and market research into finding a brand which is both client and industry focused and one that clearly communicates what we do to our clients – which is compare all cover types in the life insurance category,” Mr Cain said.
While the name may have changed, the same great level of customer experience will remain.
“We’re still the same company, with the same owner, same staff and same promise to deliver an outstanding level of customer experience to our clients.”
For Current Clients
For current clients of xLife, nothing will change except all communication will now come from Life Insurance Direct Australia. We are still located at the same address in North Sydney and have the same contact number – 1300 135 205.
Most importantly, all polices taken out through xLife remain in place and unchanged.
