How to access these membership rewards
If you’d like to gain access to the rewards program from Life Insurance Direct, you’ll need to take the following steps:
- Create an account: Use Google, Facebook, or enter your details in the registration form and click on next.
- Open ‘My Rewards’: Click on ‘Get Started’, and you’ll be redirected to your Rewards Wallet.
- Explore your rewards: Become a Life Insurance Direct client to use your e-vouchers and discounts.
If you’re already a client, then you can start saving straight away when logging into your account and choosing the ‘My Rewards’ option.

When will my access to the Rewards platform expire?
As long as you remain a client of Life Insurance Direct, and we continue to offer this service you’ll have access to our Exclusive Rewards Program. However, if you cease to be a client of ours, or we cease to offer the program, your access will be cancelled. -
Do I have to use the full amount of my voucher?
No. Generally, gift cards and vouchers are partially redeemable, and you don’t have to use all of it on a single purchase. Although, if your purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, you must pay the difference. Make sure to always review the terms and conditions of your gift cards and vouchers before purchasing as these can change from time to time. -
How do I reset my password?
Enter your email address on the Forgot Password page and follow the prompts. Or, give us a call on 1300 135 205, and a consultant will assist you.

Overnight both of the errors / issues were resolved. Later today you will receive another activation email with the correct link which should then give you access to the program.
If you are still experiencing any login challenges, please contact our support number for our Rewards Program on: 13 25 42 and they will be able to grant you access immediately.

Just curious! I am thinking about joining Life Insurance Direct but everyone needs to be paid for their services somehow. Who pays you? Is it myself from my insurance or the insurance company themselves?

We operate the same model as a broker, eg mortgage broker or insurance broker. Which means we get paid by the relevant Insurance Company for setting up or managing the policy. Therefore there is absolutely no additional cost to you by using our service to manage or set up your policy for you. I have tried to login and even got a new password just in case I had forgotten my old one. However, the site tells me that I am not a member, which I am sure that I am. How can I resolve this??

How do you login? I can’t find a link anywhere, or even googling Life Insurance Direct Login doesn’t help. A link would be very helpful

I have sent you a direct message which will explain to you how to log into your rewards program however the best way to login is either to go via our latest newsletter or your latest quote and you’ll see a tab on the right hand side “My Rewards”
