Hello, I am 36 years of age and I earn $150,000 gross Income pa. I am a smoker, a chemical engineer and I have had asthma symptoms in the past for which I have been medically treated. I understand that I may not be an ideal candidate for insurance, however I am willing to pay an additional base premium due to the aforementioned factors. I am interested in Trauma, TPD & Life Insurance. Could you please provide quotes on the aforementioned items?
