Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with your clients
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to client communication within a timely manner
  • Providing appropriate advice to prospective clients
  • Work with a wide range of Life Insurance Companies to help clients chose the correct product.

In order to be considered for this role you’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience and a solid understanding of risk and insurance products (life insurance, trauma, total and permanent disability, income protection)
  • RG146 Qualification is essential.
  • Brilliant communication skills – as a phone based role – we need you to talk the talk!
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
