Some of your day to day activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for all incoming calls (face of the business)
  • Assisting our customers to get their policies in place as soon as possible
  • Assist in making sure clients details are accurate and up to date so they can receive important communication from us
  • Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of client applications
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
